- Engineering & Tender Inquiries: Architectural drawings, CAD blueprints, equipment schedules, and corporate contact details.
- Technical & Analytics Data: IP addresses, browser cookies, and session logs for security and performance optimization.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your information is used strictly to fulfill online purchases, coordinate logistics and on-site engineering surveys, issue official invoices, and manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs). We never sell, rent, or lease your personal or corporate data to third parties.
3. Payment Gateway Security (KNET / CBK)
Online payments on our website are securely processed through encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (Commercial Bank of Kuwait / KNET). A-TEAM does not store full credit card numbers or KNET PINs on our servers.
4. Project Drawing & Plan Confidentiality
All engineering plans, building blueprints, and tender documents submitted via our portal or email are treated as strictly confidential proprietary information and used exclusively for quotation and KFFD licensing purposes.
