4. Refunds, Refund Requests & Returns


Our Refund & Returns Policy applies to all product purchases. Key points include:

  • Return requests must be made within 10 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Only regularly priced items are eligible for full refunds; sale items are not refundable.
  • Some returns may incur partial refunds if an item is used, damaged, missing parts, or returned after 10 days.

5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for items that are defective or damaged. To arrange an exchange, contact us at info@ateamkw.com. You must send the item to our shop address in Shuwaikh Industrial 3, Kuwait .

6. Return Shipping
Return shipping must be arranged and paid by the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

7. Gifts
If an item purchased as a gift (and shipped directly to you) is returned, you will receive a gift credit. If the gift was not marked as such, a refund will be issued to the original buyer

We offer services including fire safety system installation and maintenance, HVAC, electrical, IT services, drainage and plumbing, and annual maintenance contracts (AMC) for fire, HVAC, and electrical systems

  • Service quotes and contracts are governed by separate agreements.
  • AMC clients receive priority service scheduling and fixed annual pricing
