Terms of Service — A-TEAM International

1. Introduction & Corporate Identity

Welcome to A-TEAM International Co. W.L.L. (“we,” “our,” or “us”), a legally registered electro-mechanical, fire safety contracting, and safety equipment retail company operating in the State of Kuwait. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (ateamkw.com), our physical showroom in Shuwaikh, and all associated engineering and maintenance services.

2. Scope of Services & E-Commerce Shop

A-TEAM operates two primary business divisions under these Terms:

• Contracting & Engineering Division: Turnkey design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for Fire Fighting, Fire Alarms, HVAC, Mechanical Plumbing, Electrical Automation, and IT Services.
• Fire Safety Shop & Workshop (Retail/B2B): Certified supply, in-store sales, online e-commerce ordering, hydrostatic testing, and refilling of EN3-certified fire extinguishers, hoses, and emergency safety equipment.

3. E-Commerce Orders & Payment in Kuwait

All orders placed through our online store are subject to inventory confirmation. Product prices are listed in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD). We accept secure digital payments via KNET / Credit Card (through certified CBK payment gateway), Cash on Delivery (COD), and direct bank transfers. Delivery across Kuwait is fulfilled via our logistics fleet or available for direct pick-up at our Shuwaikh Store.

4. Engineering Contracts & Kuwait Fire Force (KFFD) Standards

All fire fighting and MEP engineering works are performed strictly in compliance with Kuwait Fire Force (KFFD) regulations, Ministry of Electricity & Water (MEW) codes, and NFPA standards. Specific engineering projects and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) are governed by individualized bilateral contracts specifying warranty periods, scheduled visits, and emergency SLA response times.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

Our return policy complies with Kuwait Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 39/2014). Unused, non-defective retail items in original packaging may be returned or exchanged within 10 to 14 days of delivery. Custom-fabricated skids, special-order industrial equipment, and discharged safety cylinders are subject to specialized technical inspection at our Shuwaikh workshop.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any contractual agreements with A-TEAM International Co. W.L.L. are exclusively governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the Commercial and Civil Laws of the State of Kuwait. The Courts of Kuwait shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
