Refund & Returns Policy — A-TEAM Kuwait

1. Return & Exchange Timeframe (14 Days)

In accordance with Kuwait Consumer Protection Law No. 39/2014, customers have the right to return or exchange eligible products within 14 days of receipt. To qualify, items must be unused, in original factory packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice or purchase receipt.

2. Conditions for Fire Safety Equipment & Extinguishers

Due to the life-critical safety nature of our products, the following conditions apply:

• Fire Extinguishers: Must be fully charged with safety pull-pin, tamper seal, and pressure gauge in the green zone. Discharged or altered units cannot be returned.
• Valves, Hoses & Detectors: Must be uninstalled, in pristine condition, and in original packaging.
• Custom-Fabricated Items: Tailored mechanical skids or custom pipe assemblies are non-returnable unless defective.

3. Exchanges for Defective Items

We immediately replace defective or transit-damaged items with new units. Bring the item to our Shuwaikh Store & Workshop (Shop 16, Block G, Shuwaikh Industrial 3) or notify our support team at info@ateamkw.com / +965 22283513 for inspection.

4. Refund Processing

Once returned items are inspected and approved, refunds are processed via the original payment method:

• KNET & Credit Cards: Credited back to your card within 3–7 business days depending on your bank.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via cash at our Shuwaikh store or bank transfer.
